Together with UMC Physicians, we have been able to serve more patients than ever! UMC Physicians operates almost 35 clinics in Lubbock and the South Plains. UMC Physicians is a physician practice management group formed by UMC in 1996 to manage the hospital’s Community Health Centers and to develop a broad base of primary care patients that would support the hospital and medical school.
