Jeffrey Rayport, MBA

Jeffrey Rayport is an award-winning educator at Harvard Business School. He teaches entrepreneurial techniques that include strategic applications of digital, social, and mobile media, and strategies to deepen consumer engagement and competing in a service economy.

Jeffrey  is Managing Partner of MarketspaceNext, a company that partners with clients to accelerate growth by integrating insights into customer experience, emerging media and technologies, and business strategy. He also co-founded Monitor Executive Development, a custom executive education business.

Jeffrey has collaborated in publishing a series of leading MBA-level textbooks on strategy in the networked economy and, most recently, a bestselling business book on integrating multi-channel customer experiences, Best Face Forward: Why Companies Must Improve Their Service Interfaces with Customers (HBS School Press). He also chairs the Board of Directors of NPRs renowned “From the Top” program that highlights the extraordinary accomplishments of young classical musicians.
