Earlier this month, OpenNotes published exciting new research in the Journal of Medical Internet Research. We’ll tell you about the study which focused on patients at the same health systems as our pilot study did ten years ago, except this time note sharing was done across virtually all specialties. In other research news, doctors Charlotte Blease and Sigall Bell discuss how shared visit notes might help patients and clinicians be diagnostic partners.
We will also introduce you to Amy Fellows a Vulnerable Populations and Vender Strategist at OpenNotes. And you will have a chance to see a video featuring another OpenNotes team member—Liz Salmi. There’s much more in this month’s OpenNotes Observer, I hope you enjoy this issue.
