Kendall received her B.A. in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where she also completed her Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Before joining OpenNotes, she held a position at University of Massachusetts Medical School where she worked with OB/GYN practitioners to improve access to mental health care for mothers.
Kendall is particularly interested in studying how OpenNotes can improve quality of care and patient safety. She is also curious about how disruptive innovations are shaping the future of healthcare.
